OpenVozduj Airfoils Collection (OAC)

OpenVozduj, is the first NFT utilitarian project in aerodynamics, that releases you our first the "OpenVozduj Airfoils Collections" (OAC) made of aerodynamic simulations of different airfoils which comes with a large amount of numerical simulation data produced by our own investigation.

The OpenVozduj Airfoils Collection (OAC) is the first CFD NFT's showing artificial aerodynamic simulations of airfoils of different airplanes, helicopters and turbo engines. This OAC was created only with open source software like OpenFOAM, paraView and Python.

The first generation of OAC is composed of 2500 NFT and 9 NFT coins. Each of the NFTs represents 1 of the 800 different types of airfoils and 1 of the 3 different types of fields (pressure, velocity and turbulent kinetic energy). All the images were created by CFD, at an angle of attack of 0° and at 3 million Reynolds, using the k-omega SST model. There are 100 NFTs with special designs by the creators. Of the 9 coins there will be 8 coins that will have the name of a family of airfoils and one coin with the OpenVozduj logo (memorial).

Within the OpenVozdujCollection (OAC) there are 2400 NFTs representing 800 different airfoils and 3 different physical fields (Pressure, Velocity and Turbulent Energy). Each of these NFTs gives information about the aerodynamic characteristics of the airfoil. Having a standard NFT gives you the opportunity to better participate in the OPENVOZDUJ UNIVERSITY channels. With 5 standard NFTs an Airfoil Bronze is acquired, and with 20 an Openvozduj Bronze is acquired.

Within the OpenVozdujCollection (OAC) there are 100 special NFTs that represent the same physical fields as the standard ones, with the peculiarity that the color map used was customized by each of the team members. Having a standard NFT gives you the opportunity to better participate in the OPENVOZDUJ UNIVERSITY channels. With 5 special NFTs an Airfoil Silver is acquired, and with 20 an Openvozduj Silver is acquired.

These NFTs are from the OpenvozdujAirfoilBank collection, which gives you access to databases of pressure coefficient distribution graphs (Airfoils bronze gives you 200 airfoils and the Openvozduj bronze gives you 800 airfoils). You will be given the role of Banker which enables you the possibility of creating a special personalized NFT, with the color maps that we have available, and the possibility of participating in the OPENVOZDUJ UNIVERSITY channels.

These NFTs are from the OpenvozdujAirfoilBank (OAB) collection, which gives you access to databases of VTM files (Airfoils silver gives you 200 airfoils and the Openvozduj silver gives you 800 airfoils). You will be given the role of Banker which enables you the possibility of creating 2 specials personalized NFT, with the color maps that we have available, and the possibility of participating in the OPENVOZDUJ UNIVERSITY channels.

There are only 9 NFTs (8 airfoils gold and 1 openvozduj gold) that can only be purchased in OpenSea in the OpenvozdujAirfoilsCollection (OAC). When you buy one of these NFTs, you will be given a bronze NFT and a silver NFT from the same series. You will have the benefits of bronze and silver NFTs. And you will also have preferential prices for new databases, as well as create requests for new databases.

Openvozduj was born by an initiative of undergraduated and postgraduated students of the Samara Aerospace University. Jose is the lead creator of the project, master in fluid mechanics and postgraduated student in machine learning and aerodynamic simulations. Oscar is a master's student in aircraft construction. Pedro is an aeronautical engineer and master's student in aircraft construction in composites. Daniel is a financial administrator, nanoelectronics student. Damian is an aeronautical engineering student. Currently they're all developing multidisciplinary projects, and they have been participating in conferences, made scientific publications and written articles.
